The up­com­ing Pro­ject Spot­light is bring­ing you a mile­stone in en­ergy-ef­fi­cient con­struc­tion in Lat­in Amer­ica: Chile’s first cer­ti­fied Pass­ive House of­fice. With a sur­face area of 142 m², the pro­ject demon­strates that the Pass­ive House stand­ard can also be suc­cess­fully ap­plied to small-scale com­mer­cial build­ings and across di­verse cli­mat­ic con­texts in Lat­in Amer­ica. It serves as an im­port­ant ex­ample when fight­ing the ste­reo­type that Pass­ive House only works in cold cli­mates.

The we­bin­ar will provide a vari­ety of per­spect­ives from four presenters: Mar­celo Huen­chuñir, the Pass­ive House Con­sult­ant, will ex­plain what went in­to plan­ning the pro­ject, while Mi­cheel Was­souf will dis­cuss his work on cer­ti­fic­a­tion and qual­ity as­sur­ance for the small of­fice build­ing. The own­er, Patri­cio Dono­so, will dis­cuss what went in­to his de­cision to pur­sue Pass­ive House cer­ti­fic­a­tion, and the of­fice man­ager, Patri­cio Flores, will talk about how the build­ing per­forms in day-to-day op­er­a­tions.


The Q&A sec­tion after the event will profit from all these dif­fer­ent per­spect­ives and give time to have your ques­tions answered.

How many CEPH points is one webinar worth?

Every webinar grants you 2 CPs.

Where do I find the codes and dates for the webinars?

How many days do I have to watch the recording of the webinar to obtain the CPs?

The WebinarJam recording is available for 30 days after the webinar was held.

How do I prove my attendance?

If the webinar is organised by iPHA, there is no proof needed. If the event is organized by an external provider, make sure to keep the proof and be ready to upload it on the Portal.

Where can I find the link to the upcoming webinars?

Where can I watch the webinar replay after the replay link has expired?

All iPHA members can watch the webinar replays on Passipedia (no CPs will be granted).

Which email should I use to register for a webinar?

Each member is issued a ticket connected to the email they used to register with. It is important to use the same email for all the events.

What is the minimum amount of time a participant must attend the webinar in order to be eligible for CPs?

To be eligible for the webinar credit points, participants must attend at least 50% of the session, either live or via the recording on WebinarJam (using the time-exclusive replay link provided via email). Attendance is automatically monitored by our system.
