DISCLAIMER:

The Passive House Institute provides the Passive House Open Days platform based on the "Passive House Database". Participation is voluntary and on your own responsibility. The Passive House Institute or its initiatives (Informations-Gemeinschaft Passivhaus Deutschland, International Passive House Association (iPHA), Passivhaus Austria) are not liable for any damage caused in connection with the Passive House Open Days. The participant determines when, how and in what form the tours take place. For possible damages caused by visitors during a house tour, the visitors are liable (e.g., via private liability insurance).
