NEW RELEASE: designPH 3.0

The latest ver­sion of design­PH, the Sketch­Up plu­gin for en­ergy-ef­fi­cient build­ing design, has been re­leased. Ver­sion 3.0 in­tro­duces a range of new fea­tures de­signed to provide faster per­form­ance and even more re­li­able feed­back throughout the design pro­cess.

New in ver­sion 3.0:

• Monthly heat­ing & cool­ing de­mand cal­cu­la­tions for more de­tailed per­form­ance ana­lys­is.

• Im­proved ground mod­el­ling for great­er ac­cur­acy.

• New over­lays that visu­ally high­light dif­fer­ent build­ing com­pon­ents.

• Sig­ni­fic­antly faster shad­ing ana­lys­is for a smooth­er work­flow.

Com­bined with rap­id en­ergy per­form­ance feed­back and dir­ect ex­port to PHPP, design­PH con­tin­ues to sup­port de­sign­ers from the earli­est pro­ject stages through to de­tailed de­vel­op­ment, help­ing them make in­formed design de­cisions more ef­fi­ciently.
