Owners of designPH get access to direct support channels and other resources listed below. Our designPH support services are accessed by logging-in with the same username and password that you use for the Passive House Portal. If you have any problems accessing the user manual or forums, please first try changing your password at the PH Portal, this will force your user account to sync between the different systems.
