Owners of designPH get access to direct support channels and other resources listed below. Our design­PH sup­port ser­vices are ac­cessed by lo­gging-in with the same user­name and pass­word that you use for the Pass­ive House Portal. If you have any prob­lems ac­cess­ing the user manu­al or for­ums, please first try chan­ging your pass­word at the PH Portal, this will force your user ac­count to sync between the dif­fer­ent sys­tems.

Li­cence man­age­ment

Here you can get a re­mind­er of your soft­ware re­gis­tra­tion codes, see how many li­cences are in use, and re­set li­cence leases if you need to move them to a dif­fer­ent com­puter. This is provided at the Pass­ive House Portal:
